At the end of June, Emma celebrated her 12th birthday with a couple of school friends. During the summer, she went to Golden Gardens to kayak, play on the beach, swim in the cold water, and climb on the play structure. In August, we visited Orcas Island for the day and Emma got to play on the grounds of her old elementary school. At the end of August, Emma went for a walk with Dad on the beach below Magnolia Bluff. Also, Grandma and Grandpa Clements visited for a few days and we got to see some wineries in Woodinville.
